Air2, LLC has been tasked with replacing cross arms on energized 115kV transmission lines for KCP&L. Using a procedure called vertical reference long lining, approximately 1.5 – 2 structures will be changed per day.

“The company that does this work, Air2, has done this type of work numerous times for us. They have very safe practices in place,” commented Courtney Hughley, Spokesperson for KCP&L.
