All Air2 Employees are expected to meet or exceed the following minimum qualifications:
- Ability to pass content of the job test
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Read, write and understand the English language
- Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
- Ability to work cooperatively in team environment
- Able to work independently in an efficient manner
- Ability to work overtime
- Continuously maintain a positive attitude and awareness for Safety
- Computer and internet skills
- Satisfactory background check satisfactory to Air2
- Negative drug test result(s)
In addition to the following duty specific qualifications:

- FAA Commercial Pilot certificate
- MD500 time a plus
- Current Class II medical
- 1000 hrs turbine helicopter P-I-C
- Precision long-line proficiency
- Power line experience a plus

- FAA Airframe & Power-plant certificate
- Inspection Authorization a plus
- Valid drivers license
- Own their own tools
- MD500 experience a plus

- Valid drivers license, CDL a plus
- Own their own tools and climbing boots in good working condition
- Ability to climb wood poles (in hooks)
- Proficiency and stamina working in elevated positions
- Transmission line experience a plus
